Botox® Cosmetic
Injections
Botox Cosmetic is a neuromodulator.
Botox placement is a very popular nonsurgical procedure to improve
lines around the eyes, forehead, and brow areas. It works by relaxing
the muscles and smoothing the overlying lines. Botox typically will
last for four months. Botox results are not immediate but typically
occur gradually over 3-10 days. It is a terrific way to soften an angry
look that some people have from strong vertical lines between the eyebrows.
It helps with horizontal lines across the forehead that can give a
worried look as well as softening the crow’s feet lines that
occur with smiling. |
